DaVero Farms & Winery DaVero Farms & Winery is a family farm growing Biodynamic grapes, olives, citrus, fruit trees, vegetables & more. We offer small lots of exceptional wines from our Italian varietals, olive oils that are widely regarded as among the best in the world, as well as jams and organic produce. Come taste the farm. Bicycles welcome, group tours available!

DaVero began in the late 1980s when we brought cuttings from 800-year-old olive trees from Tuscany to our land. The trees love it here - our olive oil is regularly ranked among the world's best - and now our wines are too. Our Estate wines are produced from our biodynamic/organic grapes. We use natural yeast fermentation and age in neutral oak barrels for a natural, authentically Italian style wine.
