| WEST Wines is a family winery producing outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Viognier Wines from our own vineyards. Our Bordeaux-style blend, the West Crest Cuvee, is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec and aged 20 months in oak barrels before bottling. Our winemaker Phyllis Zouzounis has a wealth of experience as a winemaker in Dry Creek Valley over the past 30 years. The WEST Wines methods of winemaking combine the best of the traditional European winemaking with New World modern techniques, resulting in rich and full-bodied, yet sophisticated wines.
